“According to Viktor Frankl, the ultimate human freedom is the inner freedom to choose."
Who are you and what is your mission?
We are two passionate psychologists, who aim to inspire others to discover their full potential and realize their dreams, ventures and visions. We believe we live in a time where there is more possible than ever before and a big need for everyone to bring their unique gifts into the world. Therefore our mission is to help you re-connect to what really matters, re-connect to yourself, others and nature.

How did you get started and what were the obstacles you had to overcome?
The idea already started years earlier while traveling together in California, but it only clearly took form when Covid hit and we were all in lock-down. Through talking to people all over the world it became clear that there is a need for coaching and guidance in regard to meaning, purpose, goals and values.
Some of the reacurring obstacles we faced were self-doubt, fear, taking a leap of faith, financial insecurity, as well as lacking the knowledge of how to start a business.
What advice would you give to somebody who is just getting started on their own mission/journey?
Dare to fail.
Experiment, test and adapt your idea.
Ask for help, ask for feedback.
Stay true to yourself (which takes different forms over time).
Don’t loose your initial purpose.
Most importantly: Have fun, be your best client and love what you create.
What are the the most important lessons you've learned in life and on your journey so far?
Staying true to ourselves & authenticity are our strongest asset.
Perfectionism is our worst enemy.
The obstacle is the way.
The mind can be a prison or your best friend.
A lot more is possible than we think.
Less is more.
A lot of the things that we label as bad or unwanted turn out to be a blessing in hindsight.
Don’t wait - live now.
We set our limits.

What do you do when you feel stuck, insecure, or overwhelmed?
We practice RAIN (Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture) meditation, sometimes on our own, sometimes guided by one of our favorite teachers, Tara Brach. We love journaling and talking with each other helps, too. We both need time for ourselves to recharge, as well as time with friends (depends). Spending time in the outdoors, hiking, mountainbiking, running.
What are three values you live by?
Love, sustainability (life-sustaining), mindfulness, justice & authenticity.
What is your definition of freedom? And what do you do to get there?
That’s a pretty complex term – the ultimate human freedom is the inner freedom to choose – according to Viktor Frankl – this space between stimuli and reaction. To get closer to this inner freedom, we practice mindfulness, not only formally but everyday mindfulness and constant remembering to come back into the presence and back into our bodies.
It also entails to stay true to ourselves, to speak our truth, to be able to say no, to make our own decisions, to set healthy boundaries, to be and act in a compassionate way. Because freedom without connection, love and meaning is pretty lonely and empty.
Of course there is also the outer freedom (political, religious, financial, etc.) that we often take for granted, but that we are really fortunate to have.

Who or what inspires you?
The beauty of nature: a night sky, the ocean, redwood forests, sunrise in the mountains.
Jane Goodall with her love, curiosity and courage for the animal world and nature and how she is still a force for good in the environmental activism.
Vulnerability, generosity and life concepts that are unconventional, out of the ordinary, that show glimpses of how the world could be.
People realizing their visions, people staying true to themselves and authentic, people breaking boundaries/patterns/conditioning.
If you had one wish for the world, what would it be?
That we all recognize and sense that we are ultimately all connected to each other and all living beings and this planet and therefore treat each other with compassion and respect. That we all might be free from greed and be filled with gratitude for what we have.
A closing sentence.
Dare to fail on your journey towards yourself. There is so much more possible than you can imagine.
